To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Products not purchased directly from BlueLightDefender.com.

Return Process

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Product: Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • All Other Returns: For non-defective products, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Timeframe
